The management assessed the goals of the company and established our short-term objectives to:

 Significantly expand into the commercial and office construction contracting market to improve profit margins and increase local market share.

 Have at least ten construction projects supplied by us within the first year.

 Build on the stature of the company and establish our company name within the industry, and,

 Ultimately spread our brand name to other parts of the region (other markets in South-East Asia are brimming with potential, especially newly emerging economies and vastly developing areas such as Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and India).
